My passion is building and growing new online products. Since 2012, I’ve been primarily working on the Startups.com platform of products to empower more entrepreneurs to launch startups more quickly and successfully. To date we’ve built a profitable bootstrapped business that has helped over 1 million founders and employs over 200 awesome people.

In my free time I work with early-stage startups to build and launch their first-generation products through Battleship Labs. I am also a former long-time Organizer for Columbus Startup Weekend, growing the events into one of the most active SW cities globally.

My expertise lies in product engineering and design with experience spanning a broad set of tech stacks. Over the past decade I’ve worked across Javascript, Node, React, PHP, Laravel, Ruby on Rails, C# .NET, MySQL, MSSQL, and multiple DevOps tools/providers. Additional projects have included Angular and Ionic mobile apps. Beyond code, I love working on User Experience, product design, and technical leadership. I’ve built and maintained profitable products that have scaled to over 25 million users, while recruiting and managing a small but mighty team of top-notch engineers.

I received a B.S.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University in 2015. Go Bucks!

I currently live in Columbus, Ohio where I can be frequently found walking Gary, my chihuahua-mix rescue, or enjoying some cocktails and food in the Short North.
